If anyone knows of "orginal" insiginia where the bird has gold prongs perhaps they could show us for our learning curve.

Maybe just the photos but I can see a ghost of another eagle having been there and it looks to have been bullion.

On the good side we sure look to have a real generals. Regarding insignia too bad Big Daddy still is not here. He could spot good from bad it 2 seconds. Stonemint?

General new pics

I am adding these pics of the eagle area. Hope it helps. Used the paper clip to hold it out where the broken clip is as much as I dare to. As far as the cord is concerend I am certaintly no expert but I have seen originals with more aged cordsthan piping etc., perhaps someone here with greater knowledge can offer why. I think Frankt2far has a very similar one.

General visor

These aren't the greatest pics but in hand I can find nothing to lead me to believe there was ever a bullion eagle here so I thought perhaps the closeups might help. Thank you all
