It could also have been made in Norway, since it is typical seen on Norwegian w-ss officers...? Opinions welcomed.
Both skull and eagle in flatwire originally applyed, and with ss marked buttons. Enjoy!

Thanks bilbert. No, the insignia has only been placed like this. Agree, kind of low, but that is common seen.
