Hello, post-war for sure. Did not exist this model of side cap with flaps in teh WW2 KM.

It's dated 1972 and has a NATO stock number

I agree with gene. Post war cap-cut, classical post war label with 70s date, fake insigna... Impossible to mix up with a wartime one...
