Assitance requested on Overseas Cap

Hi, just picked up this Overseas Cap at a tag sale ( it still smells from moth balls) and was looking for some assistance since caps are not my strong point.
-- Is this an original army cap?
-- The maker mark is somewhat blurry but I think it is "Emil Budack" is this correct. -- Would this be a Model 1938- the cap does not have a imprinted date.
-- The Soutache is pink would this be for Panzer ?

Correct, Pink for Panzer. Never heard of this maker before. I'm a bit undecided about the cap. The grommets are worrying but they have never been my strong point so I'd like to hear some other opinions.

This one is a tough call for me. Exterior and interior look pretty good. Sometimes grommets give the hat away, but I am not sure either way on these.

Hello Gentlemen,
In my opinion, it is a reproduction. I would not want it in may collection. I do not like the waffenfarbe, nor the cocade, and the overall construction is worrisome. I would wait for something you can believe in.

The cockade doesn't seem to have the welt square/diamond, only the circle itself.
