What is the meaning of the piping? Flak?

Strange blue, is this a genuine cap?

I'm not familar with Luftwaffen caps. But I know it existed piped caps.

Some Luftwaffen collectors here that can tell us more?

Certainly not LW, if its fire (Feuerschutz) than the piping would need to be dark pink,
if the piping is orange it could be postal (Reichspost)
and if the piping is red it could be Reichsbahn...
Looks orange to me... so postal... but not sure if its authentic.
These civilian organizations were usually pretty consistent with property markings which are missing here...

Saw on a site a medical piped NCO side cap...
Someone knows if It's possible a thing like that? Dark blue piping all over the top of the schiffchen...
