Help with kriegsmarine cap

HEY GUYS

Im going through an old collection at the moment, and there are some items in there that I don't know, and need some info. I have looked through the Forum a bit, and other dealers sites to get a feel for the construction of these caps, and from what I can tell they are very complicated. Im confused on what to look for. If anyone has some info on this cap that would be great. Thanks.

I'm agree with Leroy, it's a bundesmarine cap with replaced insignias.
For shure not pre 1945!
