Black Police O/S Cap

I just got the black police O/S cap. It is made out ouf a fealty wool with a light blue lining material...never seen that before. It is unmarked. It unfortunately has some mothing issues. But just wondering what branch police would wear this. Black o/s cap with the white machine applied eagle? any branch help would be appreciated.

Sorry to not get back to you sooner. Robin is correct...Fire Police. I have never seen a panzer police overseas cap of any type, that didn't have piping in photos or otherwise.
