Hi Grave,I have seen what I have to look.
Personally I have seen just few of these VT-Caps and all with the "orange" lining.I know that other materials has been used and sincerly from these pictures I would love to see this cap in hands.The SS-BW stamp............it can be also added post war from a stupid collector.

The sweatband wear looks suspicious as well. Regardless, not a cap I would buy. The way the material overlaps at the back of the cap under the sweatband is also very odd. Who would make a cap this way, so there's a lump in the band at the back of your head?
