    M43 details

    Hello to all,
I would like to show this em M43 cap because it has extrange construction for me in back side of the flaps. I have seen some caps with this diferent stitching row made, but is not often seen. In my opinion the cap is original but I want to know if other collectors have seen it sometime. I think is better you take a look the pictures than I try to explain it. Thanks for your opinions.

will need to see the whole cap liner button holes, etc, etc, etc
Give a man an opinion and you feed him for a day,
teach a man to use the "search" function on the WAF and you feed him for a lifetime.

        Hello Lenny,
thanks for your reply. I just want to know if you have seen this type of construction before in other M43. I'll try to add some pictures of the cap.

          Hello,

this detail of contruction is often associated with repro cap...
Anyway,in very rare occasion,it's possible to find this characteristic on original cap,if my memory is correct, some "Dachau" cap's have this particular detail of construction.
As usual, the analysis of the M43's can't be based on one point!
there isn't any absolute rule..and many variations does exist.

                    Flaps

                    Hello All
Maybe not the appropiate place but what are these loops for? ( loops inside the flaps)
