Anti tank garrison oversease cap

Hi Guys !

I have an Army overseas cap with a pink soutache. Inside is a cloth lable with what looks to be a name and a designation that says

2 1 Pz Abw Abl 33

Can anyone help with the unit identification ?

correct it should be: 2./Pz AbwAbt 33
That means Second company of Anti-Tank "Abteilung" 33
