I think Stonemint is right about the picture that he posted is of the "Verkaufsabteilung der Luftwaffe".
Not only the Luftwaffe caps and the Göring-picture are evidence, but also the suitcases behind the counter. The one at the bottom is exactly the same as is pictured in the Army equivalent of the "VadL" the "Heeres Kleiderkasse" price list. It's a so called "Leutnant- or Hauptmans-koffer".

Here is a original Leutnants-koffer from the Heeres Kleiderkasse formally owned by Ltnt. Bilharz from Baden Baden. (son of the Generalmajor Eugen Bilharz)
