Kriegsmarine Officers Visor opinions please

I have been offered this Kriegsmarine Admirals hat. It has the mohair band and leather chinstrap. I looked at many officers kriegsmarine hats yesterday through the search feature but I could not find another sweatband with holes like that. The white cotton material used in the top looks correct at least to me. Could I have your opinions on this visor please.

A postwar Bundesmarine visor with an added wreath and eagle.
Those sweatbands with the "portholes" are also common to the Bundeswehr.
