Hi Sergey, if you are intested in caps it is well worth buying Gary Wilkins book. But briefly, issue caps were not usually maker marked. You can sometimes find unit markings stampted under the sweatband.
Private purchase items came in different quailites. You could choose from a cheaper item to a very expensive one. Some cap makers such as "Erel" offered a range of caps at different prices.
An NCO or Officer should have inspected any private purchase cap to make sure it complied with Army regulations. After this was done the cap was stampted under the sweatband in ink "Gepruft" (inspected). But bear in mind this did not always happen.
Going onto uniforms, the vast majority of tailor made, private purchase uniforms, will have a label in either the neck or the inside jacket pocket. These can be cloth or paper (Paper ones found in the pocket).

Hope this helps you a bit more?
