Wehrmacht Infantry crusher --- who's the maker?

I have this worn Infantry crusher and was always wondering if it is possible to tell the maker on this one. There is a very faint maker mark in the lining. I was going to put it on E-stand and wanted to learn as much about it as possible before doing so...

That's a great looking visor,I like them field worn.

No idea who the maker is,possibly an unmarked diamond.
