    luft metal cap eagles?

I'm working my way through my collection and have these two cap eagles.
The left hand eagle is IMO an original.
The right hand eagle is more difficult for me to decide, even though the really skinny pins seem wrong, I like the detail of the eagle. However, the lack of detail on the inner wing feathers is something I don't understand. I tried searching previous threads and could not find any showing this type of eagle.
I assume its a copy of an early version.
    Thanks, Jerry

i believe the one on the right is the droop tail early version.
the one of left is a more common B&L eagle.

again as with all items, high quality aged reproductions exist.

have a look at this old thread.

although it discusses the summer tunic eagle,
perhaps you can learn bit from the discussion.

What do you mean it's a B&L Eagle !!! What is that !! It's a B&NL eagle, that's what it is,- not a "B&L" eagle ! So OK, tell us what "B&NL" stands for !! C'mon, lay it on us.
