Sometimes we can't see the forest for the trees. Wouldn't the "regular" Kleiderkasse technically also be a distributer? We encounter them so often and your idea stonemint was probably to get them from all the corners of the Reich but here a three examples of the "regular" Kleiderkasse mark in WH/RW visors. At least we have a city here as well: Berlin...
