Question about unknown maker mark

does anybody knows this maker?
I am sorry for the bad pictures, but it's quite hard to "catch" the golden ink rests.

It looks like the one I saw once with a zepplin in it.. Can't remember the maker name though..

yes, it seems to be something like a zeppelin inside a circular logo, but I can't read any word. it would be great if you can remember the maker.
