Need Help Identifying Cap Two Traditions Devices

These were obtained these from the family of a WWII US Vet along with other German items.

Have researched references and shown a few collector friends, but still came up empty. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks Jim - Would sell them CHEAP to a fellow WAF association member that collects these traditions devices, but would like to know what they are first just out of curiosity.
