Was it offered to you before it was put on eBay? Here it is from seller kuf838. Says its original, but all sales final.

This auction is for an ORIGINAL, WWII German Army Field Cap Afrika Korps!!!

Details: Lightweight cotton, tan cap (the cap is a darker tan than what the pictures show due to the flash), it's an ORIGINAL so it does have some staining and metal is slightly bent, but still in VERY GOOD condition! I do not see any rips or tears on the cap. Cap is completely lined in olive green color with 2 metal grommets on each side (see pics). This cap was stowed in the gear of a returning U.S. Army Sergeant following the Allied North African Campaign in 1943.

Please ask questions before bidding as ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Everything comes from a 100% smoke-free home.

Give a man an opinion and you feed him for a day,
teach a man to use the "search" function on the WAF and you feed him for a lifetime.
