Not in my experience, it's nearly always one lengh of piping with one join.

Interesting. Are they all kleiderkasse SS visors??

It's not something that I would call usual at all. I've never owned a visor with two or three segments of piping all joined up to make one.

          Has anyone else?

No. And really, at least in this instance, I can see no problem with it. Very curious observation, but no problem this time. Nice cap, with a very interesting feature - nothing more to be said . . .

                    Liner

I know this sounds a little strange, but it's the interior of this Hat that is just so right. The color of the liner, the size stamping, the way it lays down. Just the right amount of wear. Very nice.

I took like the hat A LOT! Interesting name too. Gajonski. Doesnt sound German to me. Perhaps a territories recrute?

                        My 2 cents...

                          German

A lot of People in Germany have names like this and they are 100% German. Not unusual at all.
