Hello Gentlemen,
I am stepping into new waters for me. I have just purchased my first Kriegsmarine visor cap for an NCO. From what I have studied, it appears to be a rather typical example, but I also know that they are extremenly dangerous because of the similarity to post war marine visor caps. I could really use the opinions of those more familiar with these to give me their educated opinions so I can determine if I should keep it, or return it. The one thing I noticed is that the leather sweatband is smaller (not as deep) as Heer or Luftwaffe visor cap sweatbands. Is this an issue? I purchased it from the recent update on the Collectors Guild.
Thank you,
Curtiss
