I would say..Medical/Cornflower blue.

Idem, nice visor! Maybe there is a bit more "fresh" colour on the upper sideband Waffenfarbe on the back side of the visor?

condition is unfortunately not well, but its a cap to restore for a small price..

Well I like it very much, in this condition, I personally wouldn't have it being restaured much. Did you check the innerband for holes where the national emblem is?

Inside looks farely undisturbed, very nice piece of history, Congrats! "Air vents" are in a area that is not visible when displayed on a display head, wouldn't be bothered to much with that, as said I personally like it the way it is now .
