        Thanks Chris, I doubt the same hands were involved in this one. It's not in the same league.

        What makes me want to cry is seeing the amount of original insignia mounted on these flakey fakey caps.

          If I'm stating the obvious, forgive me because I'm just trying to stop people making very expensive mistakes. The areas I'm pointed to here are just not acceptable. Plus the peak is a modern day bit of leather seen on hundreds of repros everywhere.

              I don't know a hell of alot about caps Ben, but after seeing the first one not sell on the website within 2 days, my alarm bells started to ring loudly.
              Good items usually go very quickly to guys with the money who have been waiting patiently for "The" piece to appear.
              A Waffen SS crusher? That would have been snapped up if good.

              Once you put the three caps together the similarities were immediately obvious.
