At long last I have found a TSD visor. The condition is just great and I can go to bed ticking one item of my wants list. What do you guys think? It is late war with the pressed paper visor. Jacques

I don't think pressed paper makes it a late war visor, the pressed paper actually holds up way better than leather and I have a cap with one whose owner retired in 41....unless that is considered late war. Congratulations on your find, and what else are you missing?

Thanx guys, it is a beauty. Richard, the late cap statement come from the fact that the TSD was established very late in the war. I am also trying to find my sole missing waffenfarbe, namely brown. You can please sell me your armed recon visor. Jacques

Any thought on what was inked out. Possibly a post war movie studio stamp?
