Panzer overseas hat for review

I picked this hat up yesterday. I cant find a thing wrong with it. I compaired the eagle with one in a tropical headgear book I have and every stitch is identical. Looks like this hat laid flat for a while with the peak sort of tucked in. Insignia definatly applied when it was made. Any opinions?

A reproduction hat/original insignia,IMO...There are several like this on the market and in green as well.
