Genuine NSDAP visor?

I was offered this NSDAP visor, the seller claims it was used by a gauleiter.
But i thought that the "Gau" level visor was red piped?
Is it original? And what "level" is it for?

No, it is a reproduction from the ground-up. Maybe the cockade is real.
I can't tell if the piping is blue or silver. If blue, it is supposed to be for Orts (but it is too light). If silver, its simply incorrect.
