I will go a step further and say that the cap is made by August Schellenberg, (you can tell by the sweatband and the Stirndrukfrei drgm) and that the maker mark in this instance is in fact a distributor of Schellenberg made caps.

This is a superb example of Schellenberg's cap making skills
