    Black Kepi & Badge ID Please

    Hi , this is unlike other Kepis Ive handled.Leather Sweatband to inner dosent go fully around rim.Also Kepi is very sloppy to handle ie Well worn??No makers name.Badge looks to be sewn on from beggingOpinions please.Good ?bad??Thanks Tim.
