Luftwaffe NCO's cap salty!

I posted photos of this Luftwaffe NCO's cap the other day, not knowing what branch of service it belonged to. I received a number of responses telling me that it appeared to be a Flak unit cap. I could'nt find markings under the band to prove or disprove the theory. The photos that I posted were taken by the previous owner. I have since taken some of my own, and cleaned it up a bit. I hope these images will help define its exact branch of service. The body of this hat does appear to a deeper shade of blue than I have seen in ohter photos. The piping on this hat is red, even though the photos seem to be orange. Thanks again, for your help.
