WH overseas cap on e-stand

I had asked permission from the seller to post this cap for opinions and Philip gladly approved. I am not comfortable with this cap as being original. The lack of grommets, the lining and application of the insignia is certainly not text book IMO. There is also no center ridge. It could be a field made cap but not getting a good feeling on it. Would like to here some opinions about it. No disrespect intended at all just saw this on e-stand and wanted to question it. We all need to police our site right! Thanks for your opinions!! Mike

please let me know what photos you need of the cap. Any close ups of certain areas of the cap you need to see?

Smaller photos with less light would help of these areas:
The top, the front, any makers marks, where the grometts would have been, and one of the side with the flap pulled down.
