It is not very coherent because the stamp of reception BAK applies only for a model of subsidy and not for a private purchase like this one.

As say Eduardo (Km Spain) the BAK is not correct for sure

The cocarde is curious too...may be the eagle is good

Too much red flags for me, keep your money and pass out
