Artillery officer's visor: Fake or OK?

Hi Guys, This one is probably an easy one for you visor-buffs, but I'm more into helmets and ancient coins, so I need your help. (Sorry about the bad pix.)

Personally, I think the outside looks promising with moth bites and scruffs, but the de-nazified eagle doesn't smell 100% to me... Also, the inside isn't even close to what the inside of original visor hats usually look like...
