The cap IS great. I don't own a police cap yet but it makes me want to hunt one down.

Question - I've read (here) the eReL never folded over their liners. I've never believed it was a 'requirement' of an authentic eReL to exhibit a frayed, straight cut liner but that said, this cap appears to have its liner folded over to present a clean line.

Am I seeing an eReL with a folded over liner?
