I've had this hat awhile. What's everyones opinions on this M43? What do you think about the droop tail eagle?

Hi Mike, I have looked at the pics of your cap. I cannot fault it. The cap itself looks like a very nice original example and I can see no evidence of the insignia being replaced? I agree that a early droop tail eagle is not what you would expect to see on a cap introduced in 1943. But private purchase items are often a law unto themselves.
