Now I know who he had sold it when he was writting that he sold item to other person ( three days after I have bought the cap and was waiting for all informations for money transfer , seller wrote me that unfortunately he had sold cap to other bidder and will not sell it to me - he gets negative feedback for this and get notification from auction site he had listed it ) !!!

This is no the way to buy items - you should bid more if you want the cap , not try to cheat and offer money after auction close !!
You are lucky that I'm not living in Czech Republic cause I would visit you and kick your ass !!

Not a good thing to do to another collector but many have the attitude that as long as they get the piece they don't care. The seller is also to blame by showing his greed and accepting the higher offer.
I'm sure that you'll find a better example than this and I'll certainly help you if I can.
