it sure doesnt look right notice they way the liner is sewn into the cap especially where the top panel meets the sides

First question, yes it's a military; civil ski caps are different, normaly the came in a kind of blue or black color. This looks like the military "green".
Oli try to take some pictures with the flaps down. and we'll go on with me details desciptions.
But right here, where did you get it from?
