What is the color of the soutache on the inside of the flap? Reason for the question, it will show if there are any fading on the soutache color. Jacques

Looks like transport to me. Interesting EM upgrade with what appears to be NCO tress doubled and sewn along the edge of the front scallop.

I have looked under the soutache. The inside of the soutache is a darkblue Jacques. So you are rihgt- fading of the offside. It`s a logistic side cap and not a vikar.

I'm leaning toward faded medical after seeing your last photo. Hard to say without having it in hand. Either way, nice cap.

Yes in deed, it`s really hard to find the truth without the rightly photos or not to have the possibility to see the stuff in reality. Thank you Mike!
