This is the very rare Luftwaffe prototype cap for Obersts-soon-to-be-Generals, to be worn only when dressed in their SS Auxillary Panzer wraps and standing on the street corner soliciting funds for the Winter Relief. I'm surprised Stonemint and NTZ have not yet catalogued this exotic
piece, but then again it is so rare as to have only been observed this one time.
