    World's Most Bizarre Looking Bergmuetze??

    This should have been posted in the photo section -- apologies to the moderator. Feel free to move it. I was trolling around the Bundesarchiv and found this photo. Either this officer wears a size 45 cap or it's just a wierd angle?

                I have actually seen quite a few officers and general's schiffchens that are quite similar in shape, especially early ones. They look like the prow of a ship...hence the name?
