Very interesting cap Karl. Can you post a pic of it laying completely flat, and one of where the piping joins together?

Glad you wound up with it. I still think its a great piece. Looks to be a heavy cotton denim, I thought it might be linen, but looks a little heavier in your new photos. I still like it just fine. If everyone else thinks its fake...I'll bail you out of it, and I don't collect KM.

Great that you were able to get it. You had mentioned in the other thread, when you were considering the purchase, that it was bargain priced. Even better!
These white officers KM side caps must be extremely rare!

I like it a lot and I have a KM white officer's uniform, so something like this would be a dream for me to own (keep that in mind if you ever get bored of it!!)
Its got character!!! So also thumbs up from me! Congrats on getting it!

Sorry Karl, but you know my thoughts about it, and it doesn't like me. But here I'm a minority.

Sure looks good, but IMO it´s very hard to say "yes" or "no".

Is the cap really white or is it bleached-out ? I've seen a few DAK caps with no color left in them and my first thoughts were that this was similar. That said, I know next to nothing about KM.
