    Choice HJ Leader's

I am no shill for dealers, but this one is just too nice for me not to mention--a mint HJ Leaders Visor for sale on Gerard Stezelbergers site--and priced appropriately (these are rarer than A-SS and W-SS Officers visors--I can think of only 3 I have seen over the past 4 years.)

A choice, textbook Felix Weissbach with the nice, brilliant early-war piping:

Very nice ,but I think is very expensive, yes I know is rarer than a Heer General hat ,but if you want to sell it I think is very harder than the general one

I liked it better when Weitze had it for a little over half that price.

Doug and Solo, I couldn't agree more. Just try to sell this puppy on your own and you'll be lucky to get 3000.00. Nice, rare but not very desirable at that price IMO

The 3 I am aware of all sold for prices in excess of $4000, but were in varying condition, and not as nice as this one. Aesthetically, they stand out in a collection more than an SS visor because of the tan/silver/black velvet with the stark, solo HJ diamond. Reputation-wise (and I obviously don't care about reps of units being a civil collector), the HJ fought just as hard, if not harder, than their WH peers--Breslau anyone?

IMHO, these are more desireable than the A-SS NCO visors going for just as much, and are almost as rare as SS Generals.

Just my .02 cents, as a fan of HJ headgear....
