    WH Visorcap Cords

Hello, how are you? May I please request of your opinated expetise. If you have a moment could you provide guidance on this visor hat cord on
E-bay.De 'Germany' (2702 7709 5597) Does it possess original properties? Otherwise, I'm in search of an original WH officers cord and the side buttons if any leads recommended? I do like used items. I've seen some cap buttons on Snyder's Treasure's. If any of these would be deemed original what item# would be recommended. I'm already aware of this dealers reputation??? Your generousity is deeply appreciated. If I can return the favor please don't hesitate. Thank you kindly!!!

    Hi,

Couldn't find the one on e-bay. But this dealer (better then C. Snyder) has a nice one for $44. He doesn't show any buttons, but if you ask Peter he could probably find some. See headgear, parts.... link; http://www.military-antiques-stockholm.com/

Thank's for your efficient reply. It was very nice and helpful of you to provide your time and guidance. These look nice. I've had a pleasant experience before having dealt with Peter purchasing a nice Officer LAH cufftittle for a uniform.

Will go on a Clemens Wagner, Wehrmacht Panzer Grenadier (original waffenfarbe). Also should the side buttons be the split rivet or eyelet type (aluminum/steel) What properties were conclusive with Clemens Wagner products? I can't seem to find any except the ones Synder's Treasures have. I like the buttons on his site; item#GM0546. If you could manage, what do you think about this set? I've seen them listed at two different prices on two different internet servers, also if you do reference these what about the cap cord item# GM0524? I should return from my tour in DEC 08 and can share this hat, will be absolutly satisfied. Thanks for your time and interest again.

I have both types on my Heer officer visors, but most have split rivet type. Look under the sweat band you should be able to see the split prong indentation if they was there originality. Not sure about Snyder's, but beware of his items.
