    what the heck is this?

    picked this up tonight. it has a heer eagle that obviously doesnt belong. Does anyone know what kind of hat this is? it says POD on the side buttons. I highly doubt that hat itself is TR, but ive been wrong before. just double checking before i remove the eagle. I know next to nothing about cloth headgear, so help would be much appreciated
