Pioneer Officers Visor (Unknown maker?)

Hello my headgear collecting friends.
I acquired this nice cap today from a veterans family. Actually it was one of three visors that my brother in laws father brought back in 1945. I was fortunate to have acquired the other two over the last few years.
This has a unusual maker mark "CHRISTIAN BEDER" has anyone ever seen this one before? Also there's a name behind the sweatband "Kellein". Thanks for your thoughts and comments.

As I didn't have a pioneer in my collection it was nice to come across this one. Also I'm assuming this is a obscure distributor mark.
