    Post Your Thickest Piping!

    Lets see your thickest-piped visors. I don't own this one anymore (and I hope Erich doesn't mind me posting it ), but it was the thickest piped visor I ever owned in 30 years of collecting--it was a Halfar.

                As a complete newbie, how was the piping attached? was in integral part of the caps original construction, ie, sewn into the top, sides and front at the time of manufacture, or was it attached after the cap was completed. apologies if this is a really numbskull sort of question to all experts.
