So All Paris Made Hats Are Kriegsmarine, Is That Correct!!!
Also The Cut Of The Cap Is Nowhere Similiar To The Coastal
Art. Shown, And The Color Of The Wool Is Not The Same!

The Coastal Art cap shown looks to be 100% correct to me, I even have one with the same Paris maker. The ss cap does appear to be made by same maker. Couldn't it be possible the Paris maker could also make caps for the local SS boys? As mentioned it is a different color material. Not an SS cap guru just trying to consider possibilities as seems logical a Paris cap maker could produce caps for branches other than Coastal Artillery.

      Best regards,
      Richard

I dont know about the Maker but the cut of the hat is a standard KM cut.

If they used KM sidecaps for SS that s another story.

Hello Thanks for the info on the costal caps. I just got it as part of a trade and haven't had time to research. It does seem to be identical to one in Headgear of Hitlers Germany pages212-214. Here's a few comparison shots with my SS overseas sidecap. Kirby
