Nice, 100% original HPC--what is rare is the distributor, and the fact that it hasn't been "promoted" to Officer. On a lot of these, the original wreath is often missing (it should have cut-outs on the sides).

Hi All,

I didnt have the cap in my possession until now.

The wreath does have cut outs on the side and there is vent grommets under the sweatband. There is no size indication that I can see but I guessing a 59 if not bigger.
