Glenn , I undertand that , that is why I say I can't explain this , I collect visor caps and when I post the ebay link days ago of the NCO cap to see if the cap was a good one or what , I never look into the pictures details,what do you want me to say , the cap is my and is been in my collection for three years.

It is possible that this guy was selling my same visor cap when the cap was an NCO three or four years ago, remenber I got the cap from ebay germany, I don't know what to think.

What ever the facts may be the particular hat you are trying to sell was at one time an NCO visor not an officers. So it has been messed with if not by you then by somebody else that is quite clear friend Just calls em likes i seez em.

Pic of the vent, notice the holes where the NCO insignia once was? The circular vent itself is crimped a little off center. The brown thread holding the liner in place is in the same position on both (ha-ha) caps.
