Unknown visor

Hello,
I can use your help on this visor. The material is a black doeskin wool with a black velvet band. The piping is red. There are 3 emblems present, marching band, crossed pick and axe and a cockade. I have no idea what group this hat belonged to. I am looking forward to your resposnes.

Thank you for your response. At first, I thought it might have been an authentic WW2 visor with a few unrelated emblems attached. Should this hat have a chin cord?
