M34 Sidecap late war version?

Can I ask for replies about this cap. It looks a bit like a M34 sidecap, but misses several indentical details. Could it be a late war cap or for foreign troop?

I had a cap, like yours, from my ads, many years ago. it had the M-43 trapazoid sewn to the front. I believe this is a late war cap. When I had mine, no one wanted it.

I have seen pictures with Ostvolker in german Wehrmacht wearing similar caps. So I am hoping for confimations from other members.
